I’ve been meaning to hop on here sooner, but we’ve been absolutely swamped—making sure we’re giving something back to the people who believed in us from the start. We didn’t want to just throw another product into the wind; we wanted to build something real. Something that stands for more than just a name on a label. Something for you. For us. For the community that’s been with us every step of the way.
It hasn’t been easy. I’m not going to lie; there were times when we felt crushed. Other vendors tried to shut us out, filing complaints and accusing us of selling drugs on PayPal and Shopify. Our site was taken down, and we had to rebuild it from scratch overnight to hold us over while we were under a two week suspension/review (this is when we changed our site to 7ohBlk.com). There were dark moments when we questioned if we could keep going, but then we’d receive a message—someone telling us they can finally play with their kids again, or wake up without the pain that once ruled their life. And in those moments, every struggle feels worth it. One of those messages came from Tyler. He told us how 7ohBlack helped him finally play with his daughter without being held back by pain. Tyler believed in the product as much as we did, and today, he’s our Director of Customer Success. Messages like his have been our fuel, keeping us motivated to continue this journey.
This isn’t just a business to us; it’s everything. and quitting never felt like an option. Not when we knew what we were building meant something bigger. We’ve taken out loans, quit our day jobs, and are now working 18-hour days—testing each product on ourselves for weeks before we send to Murray Brown or Cora Science prior to releasing it. We’re not in this for the money. That’s never been the goal. We just want to make enough to live, enough to keep 7ohBlack alive and growing. Our driving force is making sure people like us don’t have to choose between pain relief and paying rent. When we realized that we didn’t need to pocket what other companies do, it hit us—we can make a real difference. We’re selling 800mg for $70, while stores are selling just 45mg for $30. It’s the same product, but they’re making big pharma money. It’s never been about that for us. That's why we knew we had to do it differently.
We’ve spent months crafting something truly special for all of you—a community designed from the ground up with one thing in mind: making sure you’re not just along for the ride, but at the very heart of everything we’re building. This isn’t just another group, another forum, another fleeting social space. This is your place to ask questions, offer advice, share insights, and be part of every step we take together. It’s where people like you—who get it, who’ve been with us through the late nights and long roads—come together.
What we’ve built goes beyond what you’ve seen before. It’s an experience where every interaction matters. A space where you can join conversations in real-time, share ideas, and never feel like you’re just another face in the crowd. You’ll be able to follow new product drops instantly, dive into conversations that interest you, or connect directly with us. Whether you’re looking for tips, tracking updates, or simply want to share what’s on your mind, this space was designed with you in mind.

I've been meaning to hop on here sooner, but Tim and I—we've been in the trenches. Sleepless nights, long days, you name it. We've been doing it all—from packing orders to responding to every single message, making sure we're giving something back to the people who believed in us from the start. We didn't want to just throw another product into the wind; we wanted to build something real. Something that stands for more than just a name on a label. Something for you. For us. For the community that's been with us every step of the way.
Tim and I didn't set out to create just another product—we started 7ohBlack because we were tired of the price gouging, the fillers, and the lack of respect for the people who actually depend on these products. We were fed up with watching the industry line its pockets while leaving customers with subpar options and outrageous costs.
We started 7ohBlack with just a couple thousand dollars, using what little we had saved, and neither of us has pocketed a dime since. Every bit of it has gone into making this product the best it can be. There were moments when we thought about giving up. Times when we had to ask ourselves, "Is this really worth it?" But then, a message would come in from someone saying they felt like they got their life back—whether it was playing with their kids without pain or simply waking up feeling more themselves again—and it reminded us why we keep pushing through the hard days.
This has never been about making money. We're not here to cash in big; we just want to make enough to live and keep this going. What drives us is knowing that people don't have to empty their wallets just to live comfortably. We want people to feel good, to be able to run around with their kids, to not turn to harmful alternatives. We realized that by not pocketing the massive profits other companies do, we could actually change lives. Just think about it—while other companies sell 45mg for $30, we're giving you 1000mg for $90. It's the same product, but they're making big pharma money. That's why we knew we had to do it differently.
We quit our jobs, maxed out loans, and took every risk we could think of just to keep the product coming. We're talking 18-hour days, every single day, testing every product ourselves before releasing it. We knew we had to get this right. We couldn't settle for "good enough." Not when it's people's lives we're talking about.
It's been a wild ride, but we wouldn't trade it for anything. Every message from one of you, every story about how 7ohBlack has helped you live without pain or given you back a sense of control—it makes the late nights worth it. And that's why we're taking things to the next level.
hat’s why we didn’t stop. We kept going because it’s not about making millions. It never was. It’s about making sure you don’t have to choose between paying for relief or putting food on the table. That’s why we’re selling 1000mg for $90, while other companies charge $30 for just 45mg. It’s the same product. The difference? We’re not trying to make ‘big pharma’ money. We’re trying to make a difference.
It’s been a wild ride, but we wouldn’t trade it for anything. Every message from one of you, every story about how 7ohBlack has helped you live without pain or given you back a sense of control—it makes the late nights worth it. And that’s why we’re taking things to the next level.
We’re not just launching new products like our timed-release tablets—we’re building a community space on Shopify where you’ll be able to connect, share, and be part of something bigger. A place where your voices won’t be silenced. A space where we all lift each other up.
We’re here for you, for everyone who believed in us. You’ve been with us through the highs and the lows, and I can’t tell you how grateful we are for that. So, join us in this next step. Let’s keep building this together—because this, all of it, is for us.

I’ve been wanting to hop on here sooner, but Tim and I—man, we’ve been in the trenches. Sleepless nights, long days, you name it. We’ve been doing it all—from packing orders to responding to every single message,
This journey didn’t start with some huge investor backing. No shiny offices. It started with just a couple thousand dollars from our pockets. We threw everything into 7ohBlack—not to line our pockets, but to build something better. And you know what? We haven’t pocketed a single dime since. Everything has gone back into making this product the best it can be.
But it wasn’t long before the roadblocks hit. Some competitors didn’t like what we were doing. They filed complaints, said we were selling drugs on PayPal and Shopify. Imagine that. Overnight, our site was taken down. Just like that—gone. We were facing the kind of uphill battle that could’ve broken us. But we didn’t back down. We rebuilt our entire site from scratch overnight... (this is the reason we had to change to 7ohBlk.com) while under review. And while the world kept spinning, we were burning the midnight oil, refusing to let this dream die.
We quit our jobs, maxed out loans, and took every risk we could think of just to keep the product coming. We’re talking 18-hour days, every single day, testing every product ourselves before releasing it. We knew we had to get this right. We knew we couldn’t settle for ‘good enough.’ Not when it’s people’s lives we’re talking about.
Because that’s what this is really about. It’s not about making millions. It’s about making sure people like you don’t have to go broke just to feel better, to be able to move without pain or escape harmful alternatives. While other companies are out here charging $30 for 45mg, we’re selling 1000mg for $90. Same product. We realized if we weren’t in this to pocket every dollar, we could make a real difference. And that’s what we’ve set out to do from day one.
When Tim and I were purchasing from the stores, there were days—days when Tim and I had to lend each other money just to make it to the next day. There were moments when we didnt know how much longer we could keep this up... tired, broke... but 7oh helped us stay clean from a myriad of other things. That’s when we knew we weren’t the only ones feeling this. People everywhere were dealing with the same ridiculous prices, the same walls, the same struggles. That’s why we started 7ohBlack. For people like us, for people like you.
We want everyone to have access to something real—something that doesn’t take advantage of their wallets. This brand, this mission, is for all of us. And the wild part? It’s working. We’re launching new products—like tablets and timed-release options I’ve never seen anywhere else.
We’re also moving everything to our site, but here’s the kicker—it will no longer be a store. It’s going to be our space. A real community. Where you can check your orders, track your affiliate accounts, post, like, and connect—all without the fear of someone moderating your voice. This will be ours.
We’ve come so far, but this is just the beginning. To everyone who’s stood by us through the chaos, through the ups and downs, I can’t say this enough: we wouldn’t be here without you. You’re the heart of this. And we’d love for you to keep building this with us. So, sign up, create your account, and let’s push this further—together.

Alright, y'all, don't dogpile me just yet—I come in peace.
I'm Mel, co-founder of 7ohBlack. I usually avoid Reddit because, to be honest, it sends me into full fetal position-level anxiety, but I figured it was time to pop in and talk shop.
Tim and I have poured everything into this company for the last six and a half months, and I get it—some of you are frustrated, some of you are happy, and some of you are just here for the popcorn. Let's clear the air.
Shipping: The Good, the Bad, and the "Why the Hell Is My Order in Kentucky?"
Back in the day, it was just me, Tim, and Tyler running everything. Tim was grinding in fulfillment, I was doing all the tech, and Tyler was handling customer service. We could throw in freebies, swap out flavors on the fly, and handwrite little thank-you notes. It was personal. But when Black Friday hit? We were drowning.
We had two options:
- 1️⃣ Keep things in-house and fall apart.
- 2️⃣ Upgrade to a 3PL (third-party logistics) facility that could keep up with demand.
We chose growth. Now, we personally drive our product to the fulfillment center three times a week, and they handle the shipping. The upside? 2-day FedEx Air guarantee, faster processing, and no more manual mistakes. The downside? We can't just slip in extras or tweak orders on the fly anymore. I hate that part, but it's the only way we can serve thousands of you without Tim turning into a ghost.
As for delays? USPS has a 5% error rate on priority mail. That means for every 100 orders, 5 people get screwed. FedEx is either the MVP or the worst player on the field. If you ever have an issue, just hit up our website chat. No ticket systems, no robots—just real people trying to fix things.
Customer Service: Yes, We Hear You
When Tyler had to step away for personal reasons, we brought in Phil and Laura to handle customer service. They're still getting used to the chaos, but they genuinely care. If something feels off, hit me up personally: mel@7ohblck.com. I can't see everything they do, but I can damn sure fix it if something isn't right.
And if you're sitting there thinking, "Why do I have to chase support down?"—trust me, I hear you. We get 1,000+ spam/legit looking emails a day (sometimes up to 2,000, and no, I have no idea if one of our competitors is messing with us).
Quality: The Core of 7ohBlack
Let me say this loud and clear: We will never sacrifice quality. Period. We built this company because we were tired of inconsistent, low-quality, overpriced products. That hasn't changed. Our flagship powder? Best in the game. Our tablets? Pure, potent, proper.
We don't do sketchy resellers. We don't do weird mystery batches. We control everything. That's why our prices are the lowest and our quality is the highest. If someone else out there is charging less, I guarantee you it's because they're cutting corners.
So, What Now?
We're not perfect. But we're also not some faceless vendor who just wants your money once and doesn't care if you come back. This company exists because of you all. And we'll keep improving, evolving, and making damn sure that when you think of 7ohBlack, you think of:
- 🔥 Ultra High Quality
- 💰 Lowest Prices
- ⚡ Fastest Shipping
- 🚀 The Best Experience, Period
all at the same time...
If we ever mess up, I want to hear about it. If you ever feel like we're slipping, let me know. If you've had a bad experience, tell me how to make it right. Because at the end of the day, 7ohBlack only wins if you win.
<aside> Oh, and one more thing: I'm setting up a new email within the next 15 minutes. If you ever run into an issue, hit up problems@7ohblack.com.

Much love,
Mel
