Any order placed BEFORE 4:45pm EDT on any business day, will be fulfilled and shipped out within that same business day. Any order placed AFTER 4:45pm EDT will be fulfilled and shipped out the following business day.
*Please note that on weekends and holidays, orders WILL NOT be fulfilled and shipped until the next business day. Saturdays and Sundays DO NOT count towards shipping days. Business days are Monday-Friday.
We do not reship for lost or stolen packages, you must attempt to file a claim with the carrier through their claim system to initiate the claim. NOTE: Their general customer service will tell you to have the sender file a claim but that is incorrect. File a claim directly through their claim system. We will file a claim only if you are not able to, with proof of a denied claim attempt. Once filed the claim must be approved by the carrier before we will send out a replacement order. You assume liability for your package once we hand it off to the carrier of your choice, as is always the case when ordering anything online.
If you are missing or have received a damaged item, you will be asked to provide your order number so we can check our camera and locate your order being fulfilled. Please be aware that we will require picture and video proof from you along with a picture of your packing slip. Contact our customer service team to start this claim. Each claim of missing or damaged items will be reviewed. We cannot guarantee that all claims will be satisfied in the customer’s favor. Any person being found to file a fraudulent claim, will result in being prohibited from ordering with 7ohBlack in the future.

To properly weigh a gram of powder using a digital or analytical scale, it’s important to follow a precise method to ensure accuracy. Here's a step-by-step guide, including a critical note reusing an empty jar—even one that previously held the same type of powder—will not be considered when submitting a claim for powder weight being short. A video submission of this process will be required and the video MUST start with a completely sealed gram of powder for your claim to be considered.
Step-by-Step Process to Weigh a Gram of Powder
- Turn on the scale and let it calibrate
Allow the scale to stabilize and zero out (most scales do this automatically). If needed, calibrate the scale using a certified calibration weight. - Place a clean, empty container (weigh boat or jar) on the scale
- Choose a lightweight, clean, dry container designed for weighing.
- Avoid using reused containers unless you’re certain they’re dry, clean, and uniform in weight (more on this below).
- Tare the scale
Press the “tare” or “zero” button so that the weight of the container is subtracted and the scale displays 0.000 g. This allows you to measure only the powder. - Carefully add the powder
- Slowly sprinkle or transfer the powder into the container using a scoop or spatula.
- Add a little at a time and stop once the display reaches as close to 1.000 g as possible.
- Avoid blowing air or causing vibrations, which can disrupt precision.
Verify the reading Ensure the scale is on a level, vibration-free surface, away from air currents (e.g., vents, open windows). Wait for the reading to stabilize.

Don’t worry! Your points are never lost. Backing out of your cart after points are applied, to add to your cart can make it appear that your points are lost. Once you redeem points toward your order, you will be emailed with that coupon code. Be sure to check your spam mail as well. If you are still having issues, please contact customer support via chat.
The maximum dosage for 7oh can vary greatly depending on individual factors like body weight, metabolism, and personal tolerance. While we don't have a specific mg/kg estimate, we always recommend starting with a lower dose and gradually increasing until you find what works best for you. It's important to listen to your body and not exceed a dosage that makes you uncomfortable. We are unable to give any suggestion for dosage beyond this. Always consult with a healthcare professional if you're unsure. There are many useful posts within the Reddit and Discord communities that you may find helpful as well.
You must be logged in with the email associated with your 7ohBlack account. To access your rewards, simply tap on the person icon located at the top right of the website page. If you are viewing the mobile version, the person icon can be found by clicking the green menu bar, found in the top left hand corner. The person icon will be found at the bottom of the menu bar. From there, click on "My Rewards" to view your points and see your rewards status. It's that easy! If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to our support team.
You must be logged into your rewards account. To redeem your points, simply click on the "Redeem Rewards" option. From there, you can choose how many points you'd like to use to generate a coupon. This coupon can be applied at checkout for your purchase. You can also redeem your desired amount of points at checkout in the “Redeem Points” section.
