Any order placed BEFORE 4:45pm EDT on any business day will be fulfilled and shipped out within that same business day. Any order placed AFTER 4:45pm EDT will be fulfilled and shipped out the following business day. We have a scheduled pick up with the carrier between 3pm-4pm PDT Monday-Friday.
- Overnight Shipping should arrive in 1 business day
- Two Day Shipping should arrive in 2 business days
- Ground Shipping should arrive in 3-5 business days

*Please note that on weekends and holidays, orders WILL NOT be fulfilled and shipped until the next business day. Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays DO NOT count towards shipping days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Lost Packages: A package is potentially lost if it hasn't arrived 2-3 days after the expected delivery date and tracking updates have stopped and no current tracking updates are showing. Please file a claim with the carrier first through the carrier claims department. If you're unable, we will file it for you once the window has passed and no new tracking updates appear. Approved claims will be reimbursed. We do not reship lost orders.
Stolen Packages: If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive or can't locate your order, we'll help investigate. If verified as stolen, please file a claim with the carrier. If you are unable, we will file it for you. Approved claims will be reimbursed. We do not reship stolen orders.
Delayed Packages: Late or delayed deliveries (typically arriving within 2-3 days after the estimated date) with continued current tracking updates do not qualify for refunds or claims. If the tracking show's a damage alert, please follow our Order Claims Process.

It is our policy that you provide an uncut "unboxing video" within 48hrs of your package being delivered to submit an order claim to Customer Service. No pictures will be accepted. Here are the guidelines:
- Video must start showing all sides of your unopened package
- You must state your name, the date, and order number
- Your packing slip must be visible
- Open the package on video and inventory items received
- Make sure all items are clearly visible
- State which items may be missing or damaged.
Once your video has been submitted to Customer Service to be reviewed, please allow 24hrs to complete the Order Claim Process. You will be required to return any crushed or broken tabs back and we must verify the return before we issue any reimbursement. Due to known scammers this is the only way to avoid fraudulent claims and verify legitimate ones.

Please follow these steps to submit a shortage claim. A video submission to Customer Service is required. Any submission that does not meet these guidelines will be denied.
To properly weigh a gram of powder using a digital or analytical scale, follow this precise method. Note: Reusing an empty jar—even one that previously held the same type of powder—will not be considered. You must scoop the powder out of the sealed jar it came in. A video submission of this process is required and must start with a completely sealed gram of powder.(The safety sticker needs to be intact and shown in the video.)
Step-by-Step Process to Weigh a Gram of Powder
- Turn on the scale and let it calibrate: Allow the scale to stabilize and zero out. Use a certified calibration weight if needed.
- Place a clean, empty container: Use a dry, clean, lightweight container (weigh boat or jar).
- Tare the scale: Subtract the container’s weight so the scale reads 0.000 g.
- Carefully add the powder: Add slowly with a scoop or spatula until near 1.000 g.
- Avoid air and vibration: Keep away from fans, vents, windows. Use a level surface. Always check calibration before measurement.
- Verify the reading: Wait for the scale to stabilize before recording the weight.

This product is not available for shipment outside of the United States. We cannot ship to U.S. Territories or military bases as it requires a "Harmony code" which we do not have.

We currently offer the following shipping options:

When you select a shipping option, we use shipping software to select the fastest possible delivery option based on your address and your chosen tier.
Example: If you're in Southern California and select Two Day, Ground may be chosen instead—because it is estimated to arrive faster.
We heavily subsidize shipping costs. Actual costs are almost always much higher, especially for remote locations like Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, or places far from airports/hard to get to. In some cases, you may receive an invoice for an additional fee in order to keep your chosen shipping tier. We’ll contact you by email, phone, and text if that happens. We do not recommend ingesting this substance and therefore cannot provide dosage instructions. That said, online sources suggest the dosage for 7oh varies depending on individual factors like weight, metabolism, and personal tolerance.

“We ship out on Saturday!” Sounds great, right? Not exactly. While some vendors claim to ship on weekends, here’s what they’re not telling you: it almost certainly won’t arrive any sooner.
Carriers like USPS, FedEx, and UPS operate with skeleton crews on Saturdays—primarily to accept shipments, not to move them. Packages dropped off on Saturday rarely move before Monday night. With short-staffed weekend crews, the chance of delays or misrouting increases.
FedEx Home Delivery may deliver on weekends, but it’s not guaranteed. That’s why we don’t ship on weekends—because we value reliability and transparency over empty promises.
We prioritize quality over speed. Here's what the launch process looks like:
Flavor & Dosage Selection: Often based on community polls (e.g., Discord, Blackbook)
Production & Pressing: The tablets are carefully manufactured in a facility close to the source
Internal Testing: Every batch is tested in-house and must pass strict standards

This process takes time—but ensures you're getting the safest and best-quality product available.
We use High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) to test alkaloid concentrations in our tablets. While highly accurate, this method can be influenced by a number of variables. Here’s why results can sometimes vary:
- Sample Prep Errors: Crushing, weighing, or dissolving inconsistently can skew results.
- Instrument Fluctuations: Small changes in pH, temperature, or pressure can shift readings.
- Column Degradation: Over time, the column used in HPLC can wear down, affecting resolution.
- Detector Inconsistencies: Calibration issues or dirty sensors can reduce signal accuracy.
- Subjective Chromatogram Analysis: Even trained analysts may interpret peaks differently.
A chromatogram is a line graph generated during testing that displays different peaks for each compound detected. The tricky part is where the baseline is drawn, where each peak starts and ends, and how low-level noise is handled. All of these subjective judgement calls can affect the final area calculation—which is how the percentage of each alkaloid is determined.
Example: If the peak representing 7oh accounts for 50% of the total area above the baseline, the tablet is said to be 50% 7oh. But the same chromatogram analyzed three different times by the same trained scientist will produce three different results.
This is why we test thoroughly and more than once.
Filing a false chargeback—such as claiming an order was defective or undelivered when that isn’t true—is fraud. Here’s what could happen:
- Bank Fraud (18 U.S.C. § 1344): Up to 7 years in prison
- Wire Fraud (18 U.S.C. § 1343): Up to 20 years in prison if a financial institution is affected
- State Laws: Theft by deception or misrepresentation
- Card Network Rules: You may be blacklisted or lose privileges
Make no mistake: this is theft. We treat it like someone stealing from your home.
We ship orders as quickly as possible, but once a carrier receives your package, delays due to weather or technical issues are beyond our control. Late delivery is not grounds for a chargeback.
We will dispute false claims and permanently ban any individual who attempts to defraud us.
