Shipping Process

Order Placement: Ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout.

Processing: Orders placed by 1:45 PM PDT will ship the same business day (Monday-Friday).

Tracking: A tracking number will be sent via email once your order is shipped.

Delivery: Depends on shipping selected, holidays, weekends, and carrier delays, but most customers receive their package between one and five days.

Business Days Are: Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).

Domestic Orders Only: We do not ship internationally.

Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, and other remote areas: Shipping labels to remote areas are extraordinarily expensive so we may have to downgrade your shipping selection or send an invoice for any costs over our very generous shipping cost allotments.

Order Adjustments: At this time, order adjustments are not available. Please ensure all order details are correct before placing your order.

Restricted Jurisdictions: We do not ship to locations where Kratom is banned.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Orders over $150: Qualify for free Overnight shipping after all discounts are applied.

Orders under $150: You may select Overnight shipping for a fee of $25.

Orders over $120: Qualify for free ground shipping after all discounts are applied.

Orders under $120: You may select ground shipping for a fee of $10.

Important Information
We do not reship for lost or stolen packages, you must attempt to file a claim with the carrier through their claim system to initiate a replacement. NOTE: Their general customer service will tell you to have the sender file a claim but that is incorrect. File a claim directly through their claim system. We will file a claim only if you are not able to, with proof of denial on a proper claim attempt. Once filed the claim must be approved by the carrier before we will send out a replacement order. Please refer to our FAQ page for more information. You assume liability for your package once we hand it off to the carrier of your choice, as is always the case when ordering anything online. We do not refund for late or delayed packages.
