At 7ohBlack, we understand that fast and reliable delivery is crucial. That’s why we’re offering our 2-Day Guarantee—if your order doesn’t arrive within two (2) business days after shipping, you’ll receive a full refund and still keep your order.

2-Day Guarantee Program STARTING BACK NEXT WEEK

• How It Works:

  • For an additional 2.5% of your order total, your package is guaranteed to arrive within two (2) business days after it ships.

  • Orders placed before 11:00 PM PST (Monday - Friday) will be shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day.

• Weekend Shipping:

  • FedEx does not deliver on weekends.

  • Orders placed after 11:00 PM PST on Friday will be processed and shipped on Monday, with the two-day window starting from Monday.

• Guarantee Coverage:

  • If your package takes longer than two (2) business days to arrive, we’ll refund your order total.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will issue a refund; however, replacement shipments will not be sent.

Shipping Process

1. Order Placement: Ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout.

2. Processing: Orders placed by 11:00 PM PST will ship the same business day (Monday-Friday).

3. Tracking: A tracking number will be sent via email once your order is shipped.

4. Delivery: Expect your package within two (2) business days from the shipping date.

Important Information 

• Business Days: Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Shipping Guarantee Start: The 2-day delivery window starts once the order is shipped, not when the order is placed.

• Domestic Orders Only: We do not ship internationally.

• P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders addressed to P.O. Boxes are not eligible for refunds or reshipments.

• Order Adjustments: At this time, order adjustments are not available. Please ensure all order details are correct before placing your order.

• Restricted Jurisdictions: We do not ship to the following locations where Kratom is banned.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed or lost:
