Shipping Policy

We take pride in delivering your order as quickly as possible. Here’s an overview of our shipping policies and options:

 

Shipping Providers

We primarily use UPS for shipping. If you need your order sent to a PO Box, we’ll use USPS instead. If you prefer a different shipping provider for any reason, even if it’s not a PO Box, please email Tyler@7ohblack.com with your order number and request, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

 

Shipping Options

Choose from four shipping priority levels based on how quickly you’d like to receive your order:

1. Overnight – UPS Next Day Air or USPS Priority Mail Express (1 business day)

2. 2nd Day Air – UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days)

3. Ground – UPS Ground or USPS Priority (3 business days)

4. Standard – UPS SurePost or USPS Ground Advantage (4 business days)

 

Order Cutoff and Processing

Orders placed by 1pm Pacific (4pm Eastern) typically ship the same day, though during busy periods, they may ship the following day. Orders placed after 1pm PST will usually ship the next business day.

Please Note: Shipping times are not guaranteed, although UPS is generally reliable with on-time delivery. For example, overnight orders placed by 12pm PST on a Wednesday should arrive by Thursday evening.

For 2nd Day Air, please be aware that delivery may be less predictable from Thursday through Sunday, as UPS doesn’t always deliver on Saturdays and rarely on Sundays.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for items lost in transit. If an issue arises, we encourage you to first contact the shipping provider directly. If they’re unable to assist, please reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to file a claim and communicate with them to find a resolution.

 

Discreet Shipping

We prioritize your privacy. Our packages are unmarked, with no indication of their contents. The shipping label rarely displays the name 7ohBlack; instead, it typically shows our LLC’s name, Meltim LLC.
