At 7ohBlack, your satisfaction matters to us. While we aim to provide high-quality products every time, we understand that situations arise. Our policy is straightforward, transparent, and designed with your satisfaction in mind. If you have questions or need assistance, we’re here to help!

Tablets (5-Pack)

You can try 1 tablet from your mylar. If you’re not satisfied, the rest of the tablets must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your tablets to start a return. If eligible, you can have the money refunded to your original payment form or receive store credit

Strips (5-Pack)

You can try 1 strip from your 5-Pack. If you’re not satisfied, the rest of the strips must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your strips to start a return. If eligible, you can have the money refunded to your original payment form or receive store credit

Powder

Refunds are NOT offered for powder. We cannot accept any powder as a return as it is not safe for resell. 

Start a Return

Please reach out to customer service so they can provide you with a return address. We will reimburse you with store credit for the shipping label and mailer once we have received and verified the return. Unfortunately, we had to structure it this way to protect ourselves from people abusing our generous policies. Please send the receipt and tracking number to customer service so we can promptly process your return.

Damaged products during shipping

Please contact our customer support team to start a return of the damaged products. Once we have carefully verified the return we will issue you a replacement order and reimburse you with store credit for shipping costs.
