Powder

Refunds are NOT offered for powder unless the product was damaged during shipping. Damage includes containers that arrive open or broken. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days, including photos of the damaged item and packaging.

For all other situations, we encourage exchanges. If you’re unsatisfied with your powder and less than 150mg is missing per gram, you can exchange it for another product or receive a store credit voucher (valid for 12 months). This store credit can be used on any future purchases on 7ohBlack.com.

To start an exchange, contact us for a prepaid return label. You’ll need to buy a bubble mailer or rigid mailer to package the product safely. The return must be shipped within 5 days of receiving the label.

Strips (5-Pack)

You can try up to two strip from your 5-Pack. If you’re not satisfied, the rest of the strips must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your strips to start a return or exchange.

If eligible, you can exchange the strips for another product or receive a store credit voucher (valid for 12 months). Contact us within 7 days of receiving the strips to start the process. For special situations, let us know, and we’ll work with you to find a resolution.

To return strips, we’ll email you a prepaid return label. You’ll need to package the strips securely in a bubble mailer or rigid mailer and ship them back within 5 days of receiving the label.

Tablets

You can try up to 3 tablets from your bottle. If you’re not satisfied, the rest of the tablets must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your tablets to start a return or exchange.

For eligible returns, you can exchange the tablets for another product or receive a store credit voucher (valid for 12 months). To start the process, contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. You’ll need to return the tablets in a bubble mailer or rigid mailer, shipping them back within 5 days of receiving the prepaid label.
