Legal Compliance

Restricted sale locations include, but are not limited to, the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wisconsin, as well as certain counties such as San Diego, CA; Denver, CO; and Sarasota County, FL. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you have confirmed the legality of kratom and its derivatives in your jurisdiction.
7ohBlack® shall not be held liable for any legal infractions, fines, or penalties incurred as a result of possessing or using these products in locations where they are restricted. Buyers are advised to consult with their local regulatory authorities prior to purchase.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Legal actions or penalties arising from the possession or use of these products in jurisdictions where they are restricted or prohibited.
• Any harm or damages caused by improper storage, handling, or failure to adhere to stated guidelines.
No Warranties
All products are sold “as is,” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Buyers assume all risks associated with the use of these products.
Limited Liability
In no event shall 7ohBlack®, its affiliates, manufacturers, distributors, or representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, use, or misuse of these products. Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
Binding Arbitration Clause
By purchasing 7ohBlack® products, you agree that any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or related to your purchase or use of these products will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Texas, and each party will be responsible for its own costs and attorneys’ fees.
• Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
• Exclusions: This agreement does not preclude you from contacting federal, state, or local agencies to address any issues.
