IMPORTANT: The levels of mitragynine and other alkaloids in this kratom extract are many times higher than what is contained in fresh kratom leaves, thus increasing the potency of this extract. Please act accordingly and proceed with extreme caution.

7. Legal Status Notice

You acknowledge that the legal status of kratom and related substances varies by jurisdiction. • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges unless otherwise required by law or stated in our policy.
• We may cancel or refuse transactions at our sole discretion.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Texas, unless otherwise subject to arbitration.
• If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder remains in effect.

10. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any and all disputes relating to your purchase or use of our products will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Arbitration will be held in Texas, unless both parties agree otherwise.

By agreeing to these terms, you waive any right to trial by jury or participation in a class action. All claims must be brought individually.

This arbitration provision survives the termination of your relationship with 7ohBlack.

11. Modification & Severability

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our site or products constitutes acceptance of any such changes. If any term is held unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any referenced policies, form the entire agreement between you and 7ohBlack, superseding all prior communications or understandings.
