I bought a small order of powder a couple months ago to try 7ohb out before I dropped a large order. Ordered 2 grams of mellow yellow and the order went great.
Fast forward to 2/1:
I placed an order for 8 grams of mellow yellow and included the 2 day shipping garuntee. It was on the weekend so I expected a couple days to pass before it ships. On 2/3 the order is 'shipped' but it turns out to be a shipping label created.
For the next 3 days the status doesn't change, started to message support but didn't get any responses. The chat button vanishes and admittedly I was concerned because I've been burned before with other sites.
Then on 2/7 I finally get an email apologizing for the delay and late response. They said there was a shipping issue with my order and they are sending out another package.
2/7 my package updates with an actual pickup by the carrier. On 2/11 I received what I ordered. Product is great and I'm happy with it, but it took 10 days to get it so I applied for the 2 day garuntee refund.
24 hours later I get an email with my funds on a gift card, so I am now placing an order for a bunch of tabs to go with it.
All in all, I'm extremely happy with my order, though I wish it didn't include that small period where I wasn't sure what was happening. But the company more than made up for any missgivings I may have had by honoring the garuntee.
If I could suggest anything to make my order better in the future it would just be to communicate with your customers better.
